The tech was quick to call and arrive, even earlier than indicated by scheduler. He is always polite, helpful and does a good job. The only thing I hate....is that they always recommend that I replace my unit....instead of repairing my problem. I know that it is a 2001 model, I called for repair.....NOT replacement. Stop trying to sell me what you want and did what I need! However, the repairs and service are ALWAYS excellent and I feel that you do a great job!
